Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Each piece is fragile and one of a kind, so it's packed with plenty of padding to arrive safely.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship within the United States via USPS. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Need it by a certain date? Message us before ordering and we'll do our best.

Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is one of a kind and hand-assembled, all sales are final — except when something arrives damaged.

If your piece arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. No photo, no refund — this protects us both.

Changed your mind? Unopened, undamaged pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order: your name, shipping address, email, and payment details (processed securely through our payment provider — we never see or store your card number).
